An effective long-term video strategy for Houses of Worship, Higher Education, and Business includes the right PTZ camera for live streaming and video conferencing.

Whether you are presenting a worship service, online class, or all-hands meeting, your organization is adjusting to the fact that live streaming is now part of the new normal of how we communicate. Quality and functionality are some of the essential considerations for building a long-term video strategy that starts with the right PTZ live streaming camera.

worship service sermon

Stream your sermons and services with popular video platforms such as Facebook Live, vMix, OBS, Vimeo and YouTube.

Houses of worship can reach their congregation through video streaming and establish a personal connection to wherever remote members are located. Consider a professional auto-tracking camera that will follow the speaker or presenter around the room or stage!

zoom meeting in home office

Present, train and collaborate with many popular video platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, vMix and Zoom.

Use the power of video to engage customers, employees, partners, and shareholders with professional looking live stream productions. AVer’s robotic PTZ cameras allow a single operator to run the cameras remotely, and they can fit in tighter spaces.

college lecture

Educational institutions need options to stream lectures and lessons with Echo360, Kaltura, OBS, Panopto, Skype, Zoom.

Whether it is for distance learning, guest lectures, campus news, staff meetings, or community engagement, having access to a quality live streaming solution with a professional camera will allow you to continue teaching, or just connect with students and parents when they are away from school.

Live Streaming Readiness

The whole world is streaming video!

Connectivity for HD video streaming, recording, and broadcasting is an essential consideration for your PTZ camera which will be part of an environment that may require a variety of output options – from an HDMI connection, or a 3G SDI, and IP (RJ45) for an RTMP (Real-Time Messaging Protocol) or RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol) feed. Be sure your camera has an Audio line input for streaming, or some other device to mix the Video with Audio.

Features and Options

Is auto-tracking on your radar?

Whether you will be live streaming in a large auditorium or video conferencing in a smaller space, AVer has a PTZ camera to suite your needs. Consider your needs and budget, as well as the skill level of your operator(s). If you don’t have support staff to operate the camera, being able to setup the camera and walk away is a huge benefit.

Preset the PTZ310(N) or PTZ330(N) with up to 255 different locations. You can use the simplified IR remote to change your recording view, and choose 10 preset locations for easy manual control of the recording view. The TR320 and TR530 have wide area tracking to provide presenters with the flexibility to leave the stage or walk around the room to interact with people or objects.

Integration with Supporting AV Technology

Will it work in your set-up?

Check the required connection options, and the supported software platforms or streaming solutions. AVer PTZ and auto-tracking cameras are compatible with both the NewTek TriCaster and Telestream video production solutions, as well as the streaming platforms mentioned earlier (Zoom, Facebook, Echo360, etc.).

  • The NewTek TriCaster is a TV studio in a box. It can switch, store, and stream, manage multiple cameras, add graphic overlays, and mix in effects to your production.
  • Telestream Wirecast can be run from a laptop. Wirecast Gear is a ready-to-run production appliance. Switch, store, and stream, manage multiple cameras, add graphic overlays, and mix in effects.
