Virtual Projection™
You’ve probably heard of virtual production, a concept that’s been around for a while now as a staple in most Hollywood productions.
But what you haven’t heard of is Christie’s new Virtual Projection™ technology.
Utilizing Christie’s high-frame rate capable lines of projectors (M 4K RGB, Griffin, and Sapphire series), multiple “light realities” emerge in between the frames you can see. This allows for both green screen, tracking points, as well as virtual sets, to all be filmed, in camera, at the exact same time. Ideal for studios in corporate, education, and production environments who want premium virtual production capabilities without the premium cost of DVLED-based rigs.

SDVoE products, such as Christie Terra, foundationally solve a broad set of professional AV application requirements that are encountered in virtually every project.
